Roebling Murals

When we were in Covington, Kentucky on January 10,2012 we stopped by to see the Roebling Murals. These are amazing works of art. Led by artist Robert Dafford, a team of artists created a magnificent illustration of the history of Covington. Depicting a variety of scenes from the meeting of General George Rogers Clark, Simon Kenton, and Daniel Boone on the mouth of the Licking River to Jacob Price, a local African American leader of the late 1800s, the murals span hundreds of feet along the floodwall and create a spectacular visual effect. If you are in Covington be sure and check these out.
